Yes. There is no charge to reserve or complete the free 5-minute neighborhood walkthrough.
Is this a complete septic inspection?
No. This is a brief introductory walkthrough. If the septic specialist recommends a more complete Septic Analysis, they will explain the next step before anything else is scheduled.
How long will the visit take?
The initial Wyndham Place walkthrough is designed to take approximately five minutes.
Do I need to be at the property?
We recommend being available so the septic specialist can speak with you, review any questions, and confirm property-access details.
What appointment dates are available?
Wyndham Place appointments are available on Wednesday, July 22 and Saturday, July 25. The scheduling page will show the currently available time slots.
